Each original work is handmade, signed, and sold as a one-of-a-kind piece. It comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the title, medium, dimensions, and year of creation.

The artworks are sold unframed. It is recommended that pastels be framed under glass with mat board to ensure their long-term protection.

Each artwork is protected by tissue paper, secured inside a double-wall corrugated cardboard box, and shipped with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are displayed when you check out.

The item is prepared as soon as the order is received. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery to mainland France and 7 to 10 business days for delivery to the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition; you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Avoid direct sunlight and damp rooms. Never touch the surface of a pastel; it should be stored under glass, away from the paper. An oil painting can be cleaned by simply wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.

Payments are processed by Stripe via an encrypted connection. No banking information is stored on this site. An invoice will be sent to you by email after you place your order.

Yes, on a subject, in a format, or using a color palette of your choice. Please contact me via the contact page and describe your project and the space where the artwork will be displayed. Since a commissioned artwork is created according to your specifications, it is not eligible for cancellation: we will agree on the subject, format, and price together before you commit.
